Each one builds on the last, helping you connect ideas and deepen your understanding as you go. All lessons include videos, quizzes and activities to keep you motivated.

You will also be prompted to complete a short survey before you start lesson one and on completing the course.

The course is self-paced, so you can work through it in a way that suits your schedule. On average, each lesson takes around 15 to 30 minutes to complete. If you access the knowledge hubs and undertake the ePortfolio exercises, which we recommend you do, that will add additional time per lesson.

This course includes an ePortfolio to help you reflect, apply your learning, and track your progress.

At the end of each lesson, you will be introduced to a short ePortfolio exercise designed to deepen your understanding and support real-world application. You’ll find videos and step-by-step guidance to help you complete each activity with confidence.

You can work through the exercises on your own, but some will be even more powerful when shared - especially if colleagues from your organisation are also on this journey. Learning together can spark new ideas and strengthen your impact.
